my rainbow. I have had one or two years, and left the red-brown stuff coming. I tried soap, shampoo, conditioner, what should I do?

Belt, the feet do not get much protection against dirt.
They are a tool that is sharp, used in washing of the feet. I have a goal for less than $ 5.00.
I use it on my lap for most. Kneeling on the floor is really dirty. It also works well in the calluses on his feet.
